This 6-session course provides an introduction and practice using the method Cutting the Ties that Bind
We are offering two courses, one for beginners to the method, another that builds upon the beginner one and adds dreamwork and cuts from personal symbols. These courses are offered in English; we can provide a course in Spanish if there are enough people interested.

This 6-session course provides an introduction and practice using the method Cutting the Ties that Bind. It was created, developed, and taught by Phyllis Krystal from the 1950s until her death in 2016. She shared her work with thousands of people worldwide and there is a growing group of practitioners and facilitators that continue to use it. The method consists of learning and using specific techniques, symbols and rituals to free oneself from anything or any person that is negatively controlling them.
This method reaches the subconscious mind to permanently release negative conditioning taken on from anything or anyone earlier in life. For example: childhood programming that no longer serves you, ties to ex-partners, negative emotions that control you, etc. One cannot change oneself unless one changes the unconscious mind. It is a means of gaining greater independence and internal security as a whole human being.
The course is led by Almendra Staffa-Healey and Mandy Staffa.
The method helps you detach from the control and overlay of family, authority figures, culture, and reactions to events that impede you from expressing your true or real Self. These controls and overlays are described as invisible ties that bind us and hinder us from being who we really are.
